How to measure
- Measure over bare skin or a non-padded bra — a padded bra can add a full cup size.
- Keep the tape level all the way round and snug, without pulling it tight.
- For underbust, breathe out and take the reading on the exhale.
- For hips, stand with your feet together and measure the fullest point, usually around 20 cm below the waist.
