Cost
UK Standard Delivery — £3.95. Free on orders of £50 or more.
UK Express Delivery — £6.99.
Delivery cost is shown on every product page and in your basket before checkout. Nothing is added at the payment step.
Timings
Standard delivery arrives within 1–7 working days from when you place your order. Express delivery arrives within 1–2 working days after despatch.
Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a working day are normally despatched the same working day. Orders placed after that time, at weekends or on UK public holidays are despatched on the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Discreet packaging
Every order arrives in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the outside says what is inside or where it came from. Your statement will show LUXIDOO.
Tracking
You will get a despatch email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
If it does not arrive
Your parcel is our responsibility until it is delivered. If it has not arrived within 10 working days of despatch, email info@luxidoo.com and we will replace it or refund you.
Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it. You pay the cost of returning an item if you have changed your mind. We pay it if the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Email info@luxidoo.com first and we will send you the return address.
