The cream dressing gown for a wedding morning. Daphne keeps the satin plain front and back and puts all the detail where the photographs are taken: hand-cut floral embroidery on sheer mesh across the shoulders. A satin tie belt closes it. Fabric and feel. A satin with more body than most at this price — it falls in clean folds and holds a soft ivory-cream rather than a yellow one.
Fit and sizing. Small to XXL, which is UK 8 to 18 on Irall's chart. Check the bust and hip measurements in our Size Guides or use Find My Size; the belt gives leeway at the waist.
As a gift. Arrives in Irall's box with tissue paper. The matching Daphne nightdress in cream is listed separately and makes it a trousseau set.
Care. Hand wash cool or delicate cycle in a mesh bag; do not tumble dry; cool iron on the reverse, keeping the iron off the mesh. Keep away from fire.
