Kasumi I is the blue sister of Hoshiko I: the same wrap gown and the same feminine floral design, in a cooler colour. From across the room it reads as a print; up close it is detail. It ties at the waist with a satin belt and arrives boxed with tissue paper, and a plain navy or ivory nightdress underneath lets the print carry it.
Fabric and feel
Kasumi I is 100% polyester, in blue with a soft, feminine floral design. The belt that ties it at the waist is satin. Boxed by Irall with matching tissue paper, Kasumi I is one of the gowns we reach for first as a gift.
Fit and sizing
Kasumi I comes in S, M, L, XL and XXL. On Irall's chart that is UK 8–10 for S, 10–12 for M, 12–14 for L, 14–16 for XL and 16–18 for XXL. A wrap gown forgives, so go up if you are between sizes. If you are buying for someone else, take the size from a label she already wears.
Care
Cool gentle machine wash or hand wash, with no tumble drying. Press on the reverse with a cool iron if needed. Keep away from fire.
